Story
YQR Tutors began as a shared vision between Carolyn and Kristina—two Saskatchewan educators committed to making a meaningful impact through one-on-one support. What started as a small tutoring initiative quickly grew as families recognized the value of personalized, high-quality instruction grounded in strong teaching practices.
With a focus on literacy, numeracy, and autism support, YQR Tutors has expanded to include a team of experienced tutors, small group programs, and specialized summer camps. Today, we are proud to serve families across Regina and surrounding areas, continuing to grow while staying true to our mission: helping every child build skills, confidence, and a love of learning.
YQR Tutors is made up of a dedicated team of Saskatchewan-certified teachers and experienced educators who specialize in personalized, one-on-one support. Our tutors are selected not only for their qualifications, but also for their ability to build strong relationships with students and tailor instruction to meet individual needs. We support learners across all grades and subject areas, with particular strength in literacy, numeracy, and autism support.
Many of our team members have additional training in areas such as structured literacy, inclusive education, and differentiated instruction. Whether your child is developing foundational skills, needs enrichment, or requires a more specialized approach, we will match them with a tutor who can help them succeed.
